IT Revival Ltd is a Hertfordshire based IT company, established  in 2007. Our aim  is to assist ; small and medium size businesses;  increase profitability and improve cash flow  by assisting  with the process of buying and selling second-hand networking equipment.

Our inventory of new and used equipment comes from a working environment, fully tested, reset, cleaned, wiped and packaged. By following these guidelines we can make sure your order meets our quality standards

All our products carry a 90 day RTB warranty. In the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back unless the failure  or fault occurs within 7 days of delivery, IT Revival Ltd will then arrange collection of the item free of charge and will repair or replace item. Please contact us as most complaints can be resolved amicably.
